ABOUT THE PROCESS
Let’s chat! We want to learn everything about you and your business. We will share thoughts about your business goals, visions and overall design aesthetic. We may also gather visual inspiration of what speaks to you and your business plan. If we are collaborating on a new brand, you will be asked to fill out a Branding Workbook. All of this helps bring focus to our project and gives us a better idea of what you are envisioning.
Once we have a clear direction, and we have gathered out inspiration, we will start designing. Based on your feedback, we will revise, refine and fine-tune, to perfect the design. Collaboration is key! The best final product will come when we work together, ensuring you are thrilled with the final product!
Once you are completely satisfied with the design, you will receive final files in whatever format necessary (for example, PDF, EPS, JPEG, PNG, etc.). Depending on your project, you may want to start designing accompanying collateral pieces.

1. HOW DO I KNOW WE ARE A GOOD FIT?
We love working with a variety of businesses and industries. However, we understand that our design aesthetic isn’t a perfect fit for everyone! This is why we ask anyone who is interested in working with us to browse through our portfolio to ensure your vision and our style is a good match.
2. HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
For branding services, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit before starting the project. This secures your project in our schedule. The remaining 50% will be due upon completetion of the project, or before final delivery of files. Check out the “Branding” section, as each of our Branding Packages have specific payment terms.
For graphic design and marketing services, we will set up a time to chat about the scope of your project, and go over any details needed before getting started. After learning more about your design needs, we will provide a custom quote. Check out the “Graphic Design” and Marketing sections for starting rates for common design projects.
3. will you assist with the printing?
We are happy to help with the printing process to help ensure the final product is exactly how we imagined it. We have a handful of fantastic printers, ranging in price and services. If you already have a loyal printer, we would love to work with them!
4. HOW MANY REVISIONS DO I GET?
Our Branding Packages have set revisions included. For individual graphic design and marketing assets, we will agree upon a number of revisions and incorporate that into your design cost estimate. To help us keep focus and be efficient, we generally suggest 2-3 revisions total per project. Additional revisions beyond what is agreed upon will be billed at our hourly rate.
5. WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
After discussing your needs, wants and ideas, we will have a better understanding of the scope of your project and the time involved. From there, we will put together a reasonable timeline that works. View our Branding Packages to see estimated timelines for branding projects.
